Greenhouse Fun with Rinea Foiled Paper & Poppystamps

Good morning crafty friends!

I hope you are all doing fantastic today. I am very excited to share a new card with you today featuring  Rinea products along with Poppystamps!  I am once again using the Greenhouse Potted Plants die and we will be doing a bit of paper piecing today.  First up, supplies!

Supply List:

Tombow Glue

Big Shot or other die cutting machine

Let's have some fun! You will start by diecutting all of your pieces. I used the Mocha/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper for the base frame and also cut it out a second time using Copper/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper. For the leaves, I used Jade/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper, the birds came from Ebony/Gold Glossy Foiled Paper.

I used the Copper/Gold Glossy foiled paper as my base and added a layer of our BRAND NEW Arctic Starstruck Foiled Paper. You are going to LOVE it - it's so pretty.

Next, I used the Tombow Glue to add my base frame to the Arctic Starstruck layer. Once that dried, I trimmed out some of copper pots to layer over some of the Mocha pots and glued them down.

The rest of the bits and pieces were just glued down as I built my scene. It was a fun project!

Finally, I stamped my sentiment with Ghost Ink onto a piece of Copper/Gold Foiled Paper that was trimmed to fit inside the frame. Once it dried for about 30 seconds, I simply wiped off the ink and like magic, my sentiment appeared! Ghost Ink is just so neat! You definitely need to pick some up if you haven't already.

You can really see the Arctic Starstruck Foiled Paper here!!

Remember, you can save 10% on your Rinea order when you shop HERE. Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope you are inspired to use your Rinea Foiled Paper and poppystamps dies.

See you again soon!

xoxo

Ghost Ink 2.0 with Rinea

Hello friends!

I'm super excited to share my Rinea YouTube video with you this month -and it's all about techniques!  Did you read my blog title? YES - you read it right!  We have a BRAND NEW formulation of Ghost Ink - Ghost Ink 2.0 - and you are going to fall in LOVE with it!

For this tutorial, you are going to need the following:

Embossing Folders
Cloth or paper towel
Paint Brush

Now check out all the cool things I was able to do with the new Ghost Ink in this video:

I took the backgrounds I created and made this really cool Valentine Card:

I used the Ghost Ink 2.0 Pad here to stamp and lift the color.

I added a few bees using embossing powder - apparently bees are super hot in the crafting world right now! Who would have guessed they would be the next big thing?

I love using the Misfits Foiled Paper Variety Pack to play with different techniques! You would never know that there was anything "wrong" with them - and you get a variety of colors to play with.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you enjoyed my video and that you will go and grab yourself some of the new Ghost Ink 2.0.

See you soon!

Wishing You Blessings with Rinea

Hello crafty friends!

I'm so excited to share my second monthly project for Rinea with you today!  We are continuing our partnership with Joy Clair Stamps - and I was blessed to use the Fall Leaves stamp set for this project.

I used the Earth Tones & Metallics Foiled Paper Variety Packs to create this card. I used the Ghost Ink to create some really cool texture on my background piece.  In a nutshell, you stamp using your Ghost Ink, then GENTLY heat set. Using some rubbing alcohol, gently rub off the inked areas! It reveals the silver foil below - it's like a reverse ink :) I then stamped the "vein" stamps using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with a light colored embossing powder.

I die cut the amazing foiled paper - both the GLOSSY and STARSTRUCK versions. You will love how cleanly this product die cuts - and then you can bend it to hold it's shape!  I tried to use almost all the beautiful fall leaf shapes - I know I will use this set quite often in the month's to come!  I also used a leaf embossing folder I had on hand - a perfect fit!!!

I hope you enjoy this card!  I had a lot of fun making it - it sure got me in the "fall" feels - even though I LOVE summer!!!

See you really soon!
