Hello crafty friends!

It's time for a new challenge over at Creative Knockouts Challenge #255!  Our theme this week is  "Use a Tag" and our sponsor is the amazing A Day for Daisies.  I chose to work with a stamp set called "Dandelions in a Mason Jar".

Here is what I created:

I watercolored the image using Nuvo Aqua Flow pens. The tag & twine came from a package of Prima Flowers I had sitting on my desk

Creative Corner Challenges - Fairytale with A Day for Daisies

Hello friends!

It's another fun week at Creative Corner Challenges!  This week, our theme is "Fairytale" and we are sponsored by the GORGEOUS "A Day for Daisies".  I just LOVE their artwork!

Here is what I created using the Digital Stamp called "Promises Promises."

I colored the image using Pearlescent Watercolors.  I added a bit of sparkle to her hair (Golden Wheat Glitter) and some to the frog's spots (Margarita Glitter) with glitters from SparkleNSprinkle.  I also used Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Indian Gold to accent the oval edges.

Creative Corner Challenges - Must Have 3 Embellishments!

Hello again!  

Welcome to another fun challenge from Creative Corner Challenges!

This week, we were sponsored by the amazing 

A Day for Daisies!  I just love their whimsical digis!

I chose to work with a digi that had a wedding theme - perfect for embellishing!

Here is my card:

I watercolored the image with an Aquapainter brush using Pearlescent Watercolor paints form SparkleNSprinkle. I added some rosette ribbon at the bottom, some silver embellishments to enhance her veil and a big, sparkly gem for some bling. I had some shimmery aqua paper from Envelopments on hand and used it to mat my image.  The base of the card is gray.  On the inside, I stamped a sentiment with aqua ink.  I used the stampset "For the New Two" from Stampin' Up!.
