Ninabrook Cards - May 2018

Hello crafty people!

Time for my reveal of my May 2018 Ninabrook designed cards!  I'm so excited to showcase these beautiful cards - I had so much fun making them! These cards feature the super cute paperpack called "Joy Parade"!

First up, my masterpiece! LOL  I created this Explosion Flower Box - Flower Surprise!

Don't you just love this?  I started with an Explosion Box template I found online - pretty simple! I think this was pretty similar :)

4 Inch Cards Page 2 Photo: This Photo was uploaded by d0npen. Find other 4 Inch Cards Page 2 pictures and photos or upload your own with Photobucket fre...
I only did 2 layers plus the lid!  The flower pot in the middle was quite fun to make!  I used a template I found in Cardmaking & Papercraft Magazine (horray for templates!). It is a UK based magazine, but you can become a free member and have access to their template online!  How nice is that? I just did the flowers from my own as I wanted a few sizes, but it's a pretty simple rolling technique. A paper quilling tool is helpful, and make sure you have a nice strong and quick drying adhesive!  I added the stickers and die cuts that came in the kit - they are just too cute!  I can for sure see a planner page or scrapbook page with these cute accent pieces. The possibilities truly are endless.

(I added a few little sequins to the centers of the flowers!)

(a pic from the front so you can see the flower pot better).

I just free hand cut the leaves.  Little bits of bakers twine accented the tags.

So.....now that I showcased my masterpiece, on to the rest of the regular cards! hahaha

I just LOVED this cute TV!  The sentiment is from a Stamps of Life stamp set :)

(again, another cute Stamps of Life stamp set complemented this adorable card!)

All of the above cards are just your standard A2 size. Isn't it amazing how much you can do with a bundle of paper and a few embellishments/die cuts? Don't think complicated - just create!!!! Have fun - and don't forget to pick up your AMAZING ninabrook.com product bundles!  They are a tremendous value and you will just LOVE it all!

I'm entering my Explosion Surprise Flowers card in the following challenges:

I hope I inspired you just a little bit today. See you again really soon!
