Well, it's a week off from school for my children, so that means plenty of crafting time together! In our home, you can always find craft supplies, glue sticks, scissors - you name it - scattered around. I also wake up to handmade cards from my children tucked into pillowcases or set on the dresser. I love a creative home!
This week over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, we were given a simple, yet challenging sketch! I tried not to take the "literal" approach. Here was the sketch:

I played with some metal sheets from "Add A Little Dazzle" and my embossing folders. I can't wait for my Close to My Heart Embossing folder to arrive later today! I am always in need of birthday cards, so find myself making them. I hope you enjoy!
