Artsystamper Mermaid Series - Part 3

Hello friends!

Happy Tuesday!

I know you are excited for Part 3 in my Mermaid Series for the Artystamper design team.  Have you picked up your  Mermaid Wishes stamp set yet?

Here is handmade card #3:

I just adore pre-colored digital images. I'm not the best coloring artist, so when I can just print and go, I am in love!!!  You can see the tail peek out from under the die cut circle - it actually pops up when laying flat!  How about that cute little anchor paper clip? Too cute!  And of course...I can forget the Nuvo drops to decorate.

I hope you will check out the shop to grab this beautiful set. I look forward to sharing the Grand Finale Part 4 in two weeks!

See you soon!

Jess

Joy Clair & Thermoweb Collab

Hello stamping friends!

I have a some brand new cards to share with you today for Joy Clair Stamps! Guess what? We've partnered with Thermoweb this month for an awesome collaboration!!

For these cards, I used the following products from Thermoweb:

Deco Foil Foil Transfer Sheets - Shattered Glass, Jade, Pink Quartz

I used the BOSSBABE Stamp Set from Joy Clair too! I thought it went perfectly with the gem nature of the shattered glass!  I also used the "Proverbs 31" Stamp set for one of the cards.

Check out the HANDMADE CARDS I created:

It's really hard to photograph the metallics! It's soooo pretty!

I loved how the Starry Night and regular toner sheets picked up the Decofoil Transfer! I don't have a fancy machine at all - just a cheapo laminator :) I first laminated the Starry Nights pieces, then used the foil again to mirror transfer the image onto the regular Toner Sheets! So much fun!  I can see myself really getting into this method!

It's really hard to photograph the beauty of the shattered glass! It reflects all the colors so GORGEOUSLY!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I really love reading all your comments :)

Until next time,
Jess

Flower Power with Rinea

Hello friends!

I'm back again today with another beautiful Rinea creationToday I'm sharing a card that I made most of the same materials I used in my first Rinea project this month! It's cool that you can take the same materials and create something entirely new!
Here are the products you will need for this project:
Image Stazon Pigment Inks - Piano Black, Shamrock Green
Flower Die Cuts
Liquid Adhesive
Assorted Punches
Embossing Folder
Nuvo Vintage Drops
Cardstock

To start, I took some of the Silver/Gold Glossy Foiled paper that I had stamped with Oma's Postcard & Shamrock Green Pigment Ink and ran it through a quilted pattern embossing folder. I had a leftover piece from my Fortune Cookies with the circle cut out, so I used that as my overlay! I trimmed it down to fit exactly over my base piece and glued it down with liquid adhesive.
I used the Starburst Sentiment Stamp with Piano Black Pigment Ink to stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment onto a piece of Silver/Silver Starstruck Foiled Paper, then punched out with a circle punch. I also punched a piece of Emerald/Emerald Starstuck paper using a scalloped circled and layered with my sentiment.

At this point, I felt like I really needed an extra focal point, so I grabbed a pretty flower diecut that I had in my stash. Didn't it work perfectly? I adhered it with some liquid adhesive and then popped up the sentiment.  A few layers of cardstock were added in the background to frame it and voila!  To embellish just that little extra, I used Nuvo Vintage Drops on the quilting to look like tufts.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog!  I love to read your comments -they are always an encouragement.

Have a great day!
Jess
