Papercraft Business Challenge - Thank You

Welcome to our September 2018 Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes (w/option: Thanks! - for an extra entry to win the prize).
We all need a few Thank You cards in our stash, don't we?  I sure hope they are not becoming a thing of the past!!!!!  Get out those Thank You Stamps and get creating!

Here is what I created:

I used the Stampendous Hydrangea Garden Stamp Set to create this stunner. I stamped the image in Versamark, embossed with Gold Detail Embossing Powder and proceeded to color with my Nuvo Marker Pens.  I also scattered some Super Thick Gold Embossing Powder randomly to create a bit of interest in the center of the card.

I truly hope you will join in on this new challenge!

See you all next time!

Papercraft Business Challenge - July 2018

Welcome to our July 2018 Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes!  So, I went with Christmas In July!!

Here is what I created:

I actually pulled out an old Simon Says Stamp Card Kit and played with it's contents to create this card. I love tucking things away and then finding things to play with later.   You can't see it in this picture but there is actually texture on both the background papers. I'm so happy I tucked it away to play with later.

I’m entering this card in the following challenges:

I truly hope you will join in on this special challenge!

What's Your Oldest Paper?

Welcome to our June 2018 Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes (w/option: Use Your Oldest Paper - for an extra entry to win the prize).
This is a fun theme!  The rest of the Design Team and I were talking about using old papers and how we tend to hoard our faves....but then somehow they start to look outdated after awhile. Sooo - we decided to add that exact thing as our extra option!

I knew immediately what my oldest papers were - they were these super cute Stampin' Up! Papers (AND matching ribbons even!) from the 2006 Winter mini Catalogue!  I remember ordering them the very first time I was introduced to "stamping" at a club I was invited to!  I ended up hoarding them because I loved the color combo - teal, pink and brown!  SO....I decided to stop hoarding (hahah) and play with them today!!!

Here is what I created:

I truly hope you will join in on this special challenge! Use up that old paper stash!!! :)

See you all next time!

Papercraft Business Challenge #6

Welcome to our May 2018 Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes (w/option: Mother's Day - for an extra entry to win the prize).
I've sure been busy prepping Mother's Day Cards, so this was a perfect theme!

Here is what I created:

I was working with a paper pack from Echo Park simply called "Mom Mini Theme". I needed to prepare a bunch of mini cards for a local florist, so this was perfect for the challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes (w/option: Birthday - for an extra entry to win the prize).
I'm sure you have something related to this season in your stash!

Here is what I created:

I was in a "work from my stash" mode - so this card is just a mish mash of supplies!  Sometimes you just need to go with the flow - and well, I really love how this turned out! I'm really digging the coral/green/foliage theme.

Papercraft Business Challenge #4

Welcome to our March Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme is Anything Goes (w/option: Easter - for an extra entry to win the prize).
I'm sure you have something related to this season in your stash!

I just received a beautiful new Stampendous Stamp Set and was dying to use it. It's called Hydrangea Garden - so pretty!  I also use the Nuvo Glitter Markers to color it all up.  SO sparkly!

Here is what I created:

I started by stamping the images onto white cardstock using Versamark Ink, then embossed with SparkleNSprinkle Black Detail Embossing Powder.  I colored them with the Nuvo Glitter Markers - soooo sparkly! Then, I fussy cut using scissors (I don't have the matching dies yet!).   I stamped a sentiment and embossed it with Amethyst Spray Embossing Powder. Finally, I stamped the butterfly image onto a piece of Embossable Acetate and embossed with the Black Detail EP. The image was fussy cut out and then colored with the glitter markers. I added a bit of details using Nuvo Glitter Drops in the corners.

Papercraft Business Challenge - February 2018

Welcome to our February Papercraft Business Challenge!

Our theme isAnything Goes (w/option: Valentine's Day/Love - for an extra entry to win the prize).
I'm sure you have something related to this season in your stash!

I pulled out an old Stampin' Up! set called "Love Bandit" to create these fun cards!  I'm also still working on using up my stash of supplies (which could take about 25 years! haha).

Here is what I created:

Isn't it cute how you get to fill in the blank? Love it!

I watercolored this sweet little squirrel!!!

Papercraft Business Challenge - December 2017

Welcome to our VERY FIRST Papercraft Business Challenge!  I'm so excited to be a part of this BRAND NEW Challenge Team!

Our theme is Anything Goes (with optional CHRISTMAS) - perfect, right?  We have a prize too!  You could win this adorable Magnolia Designs - Christmas Eve Edwin Stamp!

Here is what I created:

I picked up some products from the Pebbles "Merry Merry" Christmas Collection - the 6x6 Paper Pack & the Ephemera Pack - and went to work! I love being able to create fun things with less product, don't you?  This paper is fun and has a hint of a vintage vibe to me - which is my fave ;)

I decided to make a trio of cards in various shapes - a 4.5" round card, a 3x3 mini card and a standard A2 (4.5" x 5.5") card. All I needed to add in from my stash was some Green & Red Cardstock (I used New England Ivy & Ruby cardstock from Close to My Heart!)

I added a few hints of glitter using a glue pen and some Gypsy Red Glitter from SparkleNSprinkle. I love being able to create beautiful cards from minimal amounts of supplies - sometimes it's nice to be able to just pull out some adhesive and one or two other things to create!

I just love making Christmas cards - I always get a little sad when the "season" comes to an end.

I hope you will come and join us for this super fun new challenge!  Did you know that Papercraft Business also offers a FREE Blog Purpose Course?  It's perfect if you are just starting our or if you simply want to improve your Blog's purpose!
