Love Collage Duo with Cheapo Dies

It's my day to showcase a Cheapo Dies creation, so today I used the Love Collage Die to create this lovely Valentine's card duo!  I decided to use both the die cut and the negative space to create a couple bold cards.

Scrapy Land Challenge #107

Hello friends!

Welcome to Scrapy Land {Challenge #107}! 




I used the following dies to create this card:

**After I made my card, I realized I used the same die last time! LOL That just shows you how much I LOVE this die!!!

  

The theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition, we have TWO WINNERS for each challenge.  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash!  You can see all the brands carried under the Products category.

Please link back to this Scrapy Land Challenge and include the link to this challenge on your blog post.  It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project.  (Sometimes we can't tell if an item is a die cut or chipboard.)

We can't wait to see what you create!  It can be any style you like from CAS to mixed media and everything in between.    Just be sure there's a die cut from a brand that Scrapy Land sells!

Mardi Gras Celebrations with Joy Clair Stamps!

Hey crafty friends!

Today at Joy Clair Stamps we are celebrating Mardi Gras!  The entire design team is featuring different creations using the "Unashamed" Stamp Set (which is one of our newest releases!).  Welcome to our Blog Hop!

There are so many different creative things you can do with this stamp set! I chose to create a banner.

Here is what I created:

I used traditional Mardi Gras colors to make my banner!  I stamped both of the masks and fussy cut them out. I stamped a whole bunch of the jewel images and covered them with Nuvo Jewel Drops - letting dry and then cutting out.  To make "beads" I simply stamped the image multiple times in the background and covered again with Jewel Drops and Crystal Drops I accented the masks with some Gold Crystal Drops. Such a fun project!!!

Coffee Time with Rinea + Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

Hello friends!

It's an exciting month at Rinea this month - we are teaming us with the amazing Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps!  They have such cute stamps - I know you will want to check them out.

I have used the Coffee Cup Heart and Coffee Bean Pile from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps along with the Woodland Variety Pack (NEW) - which includes: Mocha/Gold Glossy Solid Foiled Paper, Mocha/Mocha Starstruck Solid Foiled Paper & Jade/Gold Glossy Solid  to create these fun cards! I used the Ghost Ink to stamp my coffee cups and then fussy cut some pieces to create the cups.

Some simple twine &  Crystal Drops in Walnut embellished the cards  You don't need much more than that! :)

Creative Knockouts Challenge #283

Hello!

Wow! It's the end of January already! How did that happen? I can't believe February is just around the corner. Time flies when you are having fun, right?

Today's post is for Creative Knockouts Challenge #283. You will have so much fun at our Challenge Blog!  There is always a fun thing and even more fabulous sponsors.  Our theme this week is "Flower Power"  and our Prize sponsor is Di's Digis .  

We were free to work with whatever stamps we wanted, so I grabbed a brand new release from Joy Clair Stamps called "Martha's Flowers". It's a beautiful & large stamp set that you will definitely want to add to your collection. 

Here is what I created:

I did some embossing with the main flower image using a pearl white embossing powder, then did some random ink smooshing to create the card panel. Some Super Thick Embossing Powder was sprinkled on to add some texture.
