Creative Corner Challenges - Winter Fun!

Another week has come over at Creative Corner Challenges!  

We do not have a sponsor this week, so it was free reign over our creations!

The theme...Winter Fun!  (Although a lot of people around here are kind of sick of the winter, and no longer having any fun! hahaha)

Here is what I came up with:

The snowflakes are embossed with white and then I stamped blue snowflakes randomly around the white.  I used some silver shimmer paper and shimmer trim to decorate and accented with some wood cutouts.  I haven't added a sentiment yet - I will wait to personalize it when I need it.

Wow! 

We are getting closer to sketch #100 over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!!  I can't believe it!

I just loved this week's sketch - so much so that I pretty much used it exactly!  I had the perfect stamp to use from Prima too!

Creative Corner Challenges - Pink & Purple!

Hello all!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #93

Hello again!

It's that time of the week - time for another amazing sketch from Atlantic Hearts!  I just loved the clean feel of this week's sketch.

I used two stamp sets to make this card - Happy Watercolor by Stampin' Up! And Happy to Be Friends by CTMH.  Colors used were Strawberry Slush and Smokey  Slate (Stampin'Up!). Twine was Lucky Limeaide, also by Stampin' Up!

I even made a second card!

I used a few gray pearls to accent the second card.
