This week we are on Sketch #23!  Here was this week's sketch:

I took a slightly different approach to this sketch and made an 8x8 layout!  Of course I went with my favorite paper...October Afternoon!!!  Here is what I came up with:

Hello!

Whew!  Halfway through September already?  Where does the time fly off to?  Just a quick post to show you my take on Sketch #21.  Yes, I interpreted it quite literally!

Creative Corner Challenges Entry - Child's Play

Hello my friends! 

This week I made up a card to enter at Creative Corner Challenges.  The theme this week is "Child's Play" and immediately my mind went to this cool Stampin' Up! Paper called "Storybook Friends" and of course, my fav, October Afternoon!

Here is what I created:

I really love this paper pack and wish I had more of it!  I also used 2 different Washi Tapes by October Afternoon.  Cardstock is by Stampin' Up! (Baja Breeze Textured Paper & Soft Suede).

September already! Wow!  It was "Back to School" in our house this morning.  Now my house is too quiet with just the little one here.  I guess that means more crafting time for mommy!  :)
